When you send a form we collect what you type: your name, email, phone, the property address if you share it, and your message.
If you talk to our virtual assistant, the conversation is recorded and transcribed so we can follow up. We tell you before it starts, and it only starts when you tap.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation as part of your project record.
We also record how you reached us: the page you were on, the first page of your visit, the link or campaign that brought you, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser.
To answer your request, prepare your consultation and follow up on your project. We also look at this data in aggregate to understand which pages and campaigns actually work.
When you send a form or tap to talk, you agree that Runit Design LLC may call, text or WhatsApp you about your project at the number you provide, including with automated technology. That consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message, or write to julian@getrunit.com, and we stop. We do not share your phone number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing.
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic, and the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel to measure which ads bring people to us and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Those tools receive information about your visit, such as the pages you saw and whether you sent a form, and Google and Meta process it under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run the studio: website hosting (Cloudflare), our client management system (Author OS, operated by CS Taller S.A.S. in Colombia, where part of our team works), the virtual assistant provider (ElevenLabs), messaging (WhatsApp, by Meta), and the analytics and advertising tools described above. Each of them only gets what it needs for its part of the job.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you never become a client, you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your data travels encrypted and is stored with access limited to the people who need it. If a security incident ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Write to julian@getrunit.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
