12070 SW 83 PLEXTERIOR REMODEL, KENDALL, MIAMI, 2026. IN DESIGN.An exterior remodel in Kendall: we open the rear facade with full-height window spans on the ground floor and resolve the whole backyard as a new outdoor living room, deck, pool and shade drawn as one continuous move from inside to out.

The rear facade opens up: large window spans turn the ground floor into a direct transition to the yard.

A new outdoor living area: pool, deck and lounge composed as a single architectural gesture.

Permit-ready construction documents for Miami-Dade: architecture, structure and pool engineering in one set.
