, MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL, EDGEWATER, MIAMI. A nine-level residential building over an active commercial base in the heart of Edgewater: fifty flexible residences designed for the way Miami actually lives, from the retail plinth to the rooftop deck.
Casa del Sol
, NEW CONSTRUCTION, MIAMI SHORES. A new two-story residence in Miami Shores. The design and renders came to us from Berlin STD; we produced the full permit-ready construction set and are carrying it through Miami-Dade approval, the part of a project that decides whether a beautiful design ever gets built.

, EXTERIOR REMODEL, KENDALL, MIAMI. An exterior remodel in Kendall: we open the rear facade with full-height window spans on the ground floor and resolve the whole backyard as a new outdoor living room, deck, pool and shade drawn as one continuous move from inside to out.

, RETAIL · SHOWROOM, BONAIRE · CURAÇAO · ARUBA. Three BYD showrooms across the ABC islands: Bonaire, Curaçao and Aruba. We adapted the brand’s original design to each real site and delivered the construction of all three alongside a local build partner, translating a sculptural white language into buildable detail.
4110 Bonita Avenue
, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE, COCONUT GROVE, MIAMI. A house drawn to be sold, not to be lived in by the person paying for it. The full program of a high-end Coconut Grove residence had to fit a lot with no room to spare, and the county had to accept a septic field with nowhere obvious to put it.
485 NE 96 St
, INTERIOR & EXTERIOR ALTERATION, MIAMI SHORES, MIAMI. A Miami Shores house that was working against itself: a garage taking up the best square footage, a kitchen walled off from the living area, and a back facade that ignored the yard. The alteration opens all three at once, and the pool arrives as the reason the house finally turns outward.
